REVIEW: Clinique High Lengths Mascara

Clinique High Lengths Mascara

I have recently rediscovered this mascara after years of using mascaras with a big, thick wand (which I usually prefer). The comb wand takes a little bit of getting used to, as it isn't rigid so has a lot of movement on its own but it is very precise and gives lashes a thick, even coating without becoming clumpy. The wand separates lashes really well and it comes in the colours Black or Black/Brown. I'm normally rubbish at applying mascara, resulting in lots of it on my eyelids, but it doesn't happen any where near as much since using Clinique High Lengths. Without intending to end on a downer.. the only negative is that it is a bit tricky to reach lashes on the very outer corners of the eye and is quite pricy compared to some other comb mascaras. I've also heard people describe the wand as looking like a grasshopper leg which is lovely.. but the mascara does what it says on the tin- creates High Lengths and it was the winner of the Glow Premium Cosmetics Range 2011!
